Ajit Pawar, Bhagwat Pawar and Geeta Kale grew up on their mother's fresh, home-cooked Maharashtrian meals. As busy adult life pulled them away, they missed the aroma of freshly roasted thalipeeth and puran poli made in pure ghee — so they left their jobs to bring that taste back.
